Eternal Joy: The Answer to Depression
ReplyDelete#Psa16v11 You have made known to me the path of life; You will fill me with joy in Your presence, with eternal pleasures at Your right hand. [BSB]
Eternal Joy is a person, not just a concept or an emotion. It's the Person of our Savior, the Lord Jesus Christ. He is the answer, our rescue!
You only needed to come to Him, for He is waiting for you. You come with words; start by whispering His name.
That sense of joy is with Him, in His presence, so come near to Him. Jesus is pulling you close.
The joy He gives is stronger than our bodies and emotions. Gather all your strength and focus to call on Him.
Right here and now, as you're reading this, just whisper the name of Jesus. Try it, and wait for Him.
