Both of them were righteous in the sight of God, observing all the Lord’s commands and decrees blamelessly. But they were childless because Elizabeth was not able to conceive, and they were both very old. (Luke 1:6, 7 NIV)
Dear Father,
We are Your children. My wife and I were redeemed by the Blood of Jesus. By virtue of relationship with You, we are righteous.
But our own righteousness can't suffice this need. Our own holiness can't demand this miracle of conception.

When his time of service was completed, he returned home. After this his wife Elizabeth became pregnant and for five months remained in seclusion. (Luke 1:23-24 NIV)
And I will keep on serving You. With baby or not, we are always at Your service. This is the reason why I live: to worship You. And now that I have a family – a spouse, we worship You together. Oh Lord, may You be delighted to add more to my family, may more of us worship You. Add a member to this family for Your glory.
And after every ministry, I come home. I return to my spouse in hope and anticipation. And soon after, we will have a baby.
Give us a vision, a revelation, an encouragement towards Your promise. And we will act on that promise in faith.
When it was time for Elizabeth to have her baby, she gave birth to a son. Her neighbors and relatives heard that the Lord had shown her great mercy, and they shared her joy. (Luke 1:57-58 NIV)
Oh God, You know the time. Only You know when my wife will conceive, and when she will go on labor.
And this baby will be a testimony of Your great mercy. Many will hear about it, many will praise You and glorify You, and many will share our joy.
By the great mercy of God, we will have a baby.
